Step 1. Measure your pups neck (in inches) - you can do this but taking a measuring tape & measure their current collar (be sure to measure the collar to where it sits on them ie. if its a buckle, measure from the buckle to the hole the buckle fits into - NOT the length of the whole collar as that will lead to confusion of neck size.

If they do not have a current collar, put the measuring tape around their neck where you can easily fit 2 finger between the tape & them / size you'd like the collar to fit - this is the number I will use when making the size range on their collar.

Step 2. Pick the thickness of the material - 1/2" or 1" - if the colour of your choosing is sold out on the 1", you can choose to do the 'layered' combo with the 1/2" colour over the 1" colour - this option must be BUCKLE only, no quick release.

Step 3. Pick the colours - please refer to colour chart for available options. You may also refer to my instagram page for colour combo inspo. @_stellar.apparel

Step 4. Pick your hardware - brass, silver, gun metal & rose gold THEN pick the buckle or quick release option (will email to confirm availability upon request)

Step 5. Pick a name tag colour - note: this is only available on the 1" thickness. If you are able to add a name tag, please attach the name & phone number you would like on the tag - ALSO if you have a preference on which colour of the collar material has the tag, please specify - if not specified I will pick :)

Step 6. Add a matching / non-matching leash - both the 1/2" & 1" are strong, reliable products, completely up to you on which thickness you prefer - I walk my 70lb dog with the 1/2" & 1" both just fine :) If you would like a matching leash, the standard size is 5ft, you may add / deduct the length & the price will adjust by $5 / ft. If you would like the hands-free leash, please specify the length you would like as it needs to be long enough to go around the waist of the user & have length left to attach to the dog - 6.5ft & up is the standard starting size for the hands-free leash. Please specify which colour you would like for the 'longer' part of the leash - if no specified I will pick :)

Fill out these questions & send to randi-payne@hotmail.com - once received, an invoice will be sent back for payment. Orders will not be processed until payment is received - there is free local delivery to the Cranbrook / Kimberley area (drop off / meet up locations can be arranged if address is outside of local delivery radius) - if your order requires shipping, please add your address & a shipping fee will be added to your order.
